Our deluxe rooms/suites are very large in size, including two double beds, nightstand, dresser, mirror, dinning area w/dinning table, chairs and 19" color television w/cable. They include a large size bath w/tile, bathtub and shower, air-conditioning/heat, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machines with FREE coffee packs!

Our deluxe efficiency apartments are extra large and clean, they include one separate bedroom with a full size bed, dresser, mirror, closet and air-conditioning/heat. The living room includes a full size kitchen w/range, kitchen cabinets, 12.5 Cu.-Ft. refrigerator, full size pullout sofa bed, dining table with two chairs and color TV w/cable - all with incredible prices!

In order to insure the safely and comfort of all our guests, it is important that you agree to adhere to these regulations, terms and conditions below for the duration of your stay at the Aquarius Arms Motel!

• Weekdays stay booking ~ per 1 day & 1 night $85.00 + tax
• Weekend stay booking ~ minimum two nights (2) people $269 + tax, (4) people 369.00 + tax
• One full weeks' stay booking ~ 2 Adults with up to 2 children ~ under 12 years old ~ or 1 couple ~ special price of $600.00 + tax
• All above rates are not valid for holiday weekends ~ Such as Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
• $50 Cash refundable deposit per pet at check-in

• Check-in time is at 2:00pm ~ Check-out time is at 10:00am
• All Reservations require a 2 night minimum stay.
• 3 night minimum stay for Memorial, Independence and Labor Day holiday weekends.
• All reservations require a minimum $100 deposit before the reservation.
• All major credit cards or cash are accepted.
• Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.
• Adults 18 years of age ~ as a registered guest.
• A valid photo ID is required when checking in.
• Sorry, no guests or visitors are allowed.
• Each additional person is charged an extra $20.00 per night.
• A cash refundable security deposit is required.
• All reservation deposit are non-refundable.
• Our rates are subject to change without notice.
• We are Pet Friendly! Pets are allowed for an additional charge.
• 7% Sales Tax and 5% Occupancy Tax

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

A RESERVATION CONSTITUTES A TWO-WAY CONTRACT BETWEEN THE AQUARIUS ARMS MOTEL AND YOU. IT ASSURES THAT YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE KEPT AVAILABLE FOR YOU FOR ALL THE DATES INDICATED, AND IT ASSURES US THAT WE CAN TURN AWAY OTHER POTENTIAL GUESTS FOR THE DATES INDICATED. THERE IS A ONE-NIGHT OR 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED (Whichever is greater) IN ORDER TO CONFIRM RESERVATIONS.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION OR DEPARTURE BEFORE THE AGREED DATE WOULD RESULT IN A LOSS OF REVENUE TO US WITH LITTLE OPPORTUNITY TO RECOVER THE LOSS. THEREFORE, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE BALANCE OF RESERVATION AMOUNT UPON ARRIVAL. NO CHANGE OF RESERVATION WILL BE PERMITTED AT CHECK-IN.

A TWO WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE REFUND OF DEPOSITS (all elgible cancellations are subject to a $30 Cancellation Fee). YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF YOUR RESERVATION IS CANCELLED LESS THAN TWO WEEKS OF ARRIVAL DATE OF RESERVATION.

IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE AQUARIUS ARMS MOTEL CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER OR CHANGES IN TRAVEL PLANS OR PERSONAL SICKNESS OR INJURY, ETC.
