All reservations require a minimum of a 1 night deposit before the
reservation.
A deposit must be received at least 1 week before the reservation date.
Only money orders will be accepted as a reservation deposit or
cash.
VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER credit cards or cash are accepted at
check-in only.
Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.
Adults over 18 years of age only ~ as a registered guest.
A valid photo ID is required when checking in.
Sorry, no guests or visitors are allowed.
Each additional person is charged an extra $20.00 per night.
A security deposit of $20.00 per room is required (Refundable
when checking out)
All reservation deposit are non-refundable.
Our rates are subject to change without notice.
We are Pet Friendly! Pets are allowed for an additional
charge.

SCHOOL PROM POLICIES ~ TERMS AND CONDITIONS...
At least one person in room must be at least 18 years of age to
register.
A $100.00 Security Deposit is required per room.
Persons under the age of 21 years of age are strictly forbidden to
posses or consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on or in our entire
premises. NJ State Law ~ N.J.S.A. 20:33:15.
Visiting is not permitted, only registered guests on our property
and inside our rooms. Unregistered guests are subject to charges
of trespassing.
Any damage whatsoever to our rooms and/or property will be the
financial responsibility of the registered parties. Everything in
your room has been inventoried and is in good working condition.
Upon check-in, if you do happen to notice any damages or anything
non-working, please bring it to the attention of our management
immediately, or you will assure responsibility for it.
A minimum of $20.00 will be deducted from your security deposit
for rooms left in a excessively dirty condition.
Loud music or noise is prohibited after 11:00pm.
Our management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Our registered guests will agree and adhere that the disregard of these
policies, terms and conditions can result in eviction and forfeiture of
any or all monies already paid. No substitutions are allowed and
personal identification is required to book your stay with us.
